    Face of the restaurant, people person, problem solver and pretty ordinary singer of ‘Happy Birthday’ – the older brother who never loses his cool.

    aka THE CREATIVE ONE
    Creator, mentor, workhorse and kitchen dynamo – the younger brother who’s a time-management master and gun with a whisk.
  • Events manager | Melissa Brine
    aka THE DOER
    Behind every great man is a great woman – and behind our restaurant’s elegant events is the very skilled Melissa. She’s the one who gets things done.
